A meet to suit all! A country drive, a nice meal and a static get-together for those who like to socialise.
For those in Wales we will start at one of our usual points and take a short motorway drive over the Severn Bridge into England. From there we take a scenic drive, via Cheddar Gorge, into the Wiltshire area where we meet up with our Midlands and Eastern friends at a lovely little pub/restaurant. Of course there will be ample parking and easy access to major routes for convenience.
A circular route has been planned taking in some of Wiltshire's finest roads. It is envisaged that this route would take approximately 2 hours non-stop. However, we will be having the occasional stops for photographs and re-grouping/headcounts before heading back towards a designated leaving area (or the M4!)
The subject of safety... We will remind those attending that we do not condone/endorse racing and we fully expect attendees to be law-abiding and to drive responsibly. If you want to drive like an idiot and rag the nuts off your car then please take it elsewhere and leave the rest of us to enjoy the event!
Depending on the event it is quite possible we'll be attracting a lot of attention so please respect other road users and avoid excessive noise/speed in public and built-up areas. Also worth bearing in mind is the fact that there will potentially be lots of bikers, cyclists and horse-riders out sharing and enjoying the roads with us. You know the drill... be extra vigilant and keep checking your mirrors. Please keep it sensible.
